The Stand opened on the Casino Beach Boardwalk with one conviction: that a well-made drink deserves attention, and a good café should feel like a refuge from the rush.
We source single-origin beans and roast to order. Our cocktail program changes with the seasons — built around what's fresh, local, and worth your time. The menu is small by design. We'd rather do a few things well than a hundred things adequately.
Whether you're here for your morning pour-over or an evening Old Fashioned, the standard is the same: make it something you'd want to make for yourself.
